Dr. Milena Hobbs
Dr. Hobbs, originally from Odessa, Ukraine, is a highly accomplished dental professional with two prestigious degrees: one from Odessa State Medical University and another from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She has expanded her expertise through extensive continuing education in endodontics (root canal therapy), wisdom teeth extraction, veneers, braces, Invisalign, and myofunctional therapy.
Dedicated to making a difference in rural Alberta, Dr. Hobbs is proud to bring cutting-edge technology, such as 3D scanners and intraoral scanners, to her patients at Three Hills Dental. She is deeply committed to her local community, actively supporting local events to foster strong connections.
With a special talent for working with children and teenagers, Dr. Hobbs helps them unlock their full genetic potential through braces, clear aligners, and myofunctional therapy.
Beyond her dental expertise, Dr. Hobbs excels in aesthetic treatments, using Botox and fillers to enhance her patients’ natural beauty.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hobbs embraces adventure and family time, enjoying activities like hiking, skiing, and scuba diving with her children. Her passion for creating beautiful smiles and serving her community shines through in everything she does.
Dr. Jennifer Kobi
Dr. Kobi is thrilled to be a part of the team at Three Hills Dental, bringing over 25 years of expertise and a passion for helping patients achieve happy, healthy smiles that last a lifetime.
A proud Alberta native, Dr. Kobi was born and raised in Ponoka. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with Distinction in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in 1993, both from the University of Alberta. Her dedication to excellence was recognized with numerous awards and scholarships for academic and clinical achievements.
Dr. Kobi continuously hones her skills through advanced training in Cone Beam Radiography, Sedation Dentistry, and Neuromodulators, ensuring her patients have access to the latest treatments. Her guiding principle is to provide straightforward, personalized care for every patient.
When she’s not creating smiles, Dr. Kobi enjoys life as a wife and mom to two adventurous sons. Together, they share a love for the great outdoors, often spending time skiing and climbing in the mountains.

Dr. H. Harris
We welcome Dr. Harris to Three Hills Dental!
With over two decades of dental expertise, Dr. Harris is a valued addition to the team at Three Hills Dental. A graduate of 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he further refined his skills during a six-year Surgical Residency at Hubei Provincial Hospital of Stomatology in China. Subsequently, Dr. Harris spent four years as both a General Dentist and Dental Surgeon at the Municipal Central General Hospital & Dental Clinic.
Since moving to Canada in 2011, Dr. Harris has settled with his family in Calgary and continues to deliver exceptional care. His areas of expertise include molar endodontics (root canal treatments), surgical extractions, full and partial dentures, nitrous oxide sedation, and many other aspects of general dentistry. Known for his calming approach, he ensures a smooth, comfortable experience for all patients.
Currently, Dr. Harris is available on Thursdays and Fridays, bringing his wealth of knowledge and skill to the community.

Michael Rothfus
Team Lead Hygienist
Having grown up in Three Hills, Michael couldn’t stay away for long. In 2017, he returned to raise his own family in this close-knit, rural community and continue practicing dental hygiene at his hometown clinic. Passionate about providing the best care to the people of Three Hills and surrounding areas, Michael graduated from the University of Alberta’s dental hygiene program in 2013 and has since worked diligently to expand his expertise. He is trained to administer local anesthetic (freezing) to ease hygiene-related sensitivity or discomfort and has completed advanced training in the use of ultrasonic instruments for more precise and effective treatments in specific cases.
Michael takes great pride in serving the community where he grew up. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three sons, including camping, fishing, and hiking.
Melissa
Hygienist
We’re thrilled to welcome Melissa to the Three Hills Dental family!
Melissa joins us with a passion for helping patients achieve their healthiest and brightest smiles. With 22 years of experience and a knack for patient education she’s committed to making every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
When she’s not caring for smiles, Melissa loves spending time enjoying the outdoors with her 4 children and going to CrossFit. We can’t wait for you to meet her and experience her friendly and professional care.
Amanda Day
Finance Manager / Team Lead
Amanda moved to Three Hills with her family in September 2020. She has two school age daughters and her husband is the Sergeant of Three Hills RCMP detachment.
Amanda has extensive experience working in all areas of dental including administration and dental assisting. Her passion however is in providing exceptional customer service and treatment counselling to patients.

Jenn has lived in Huxley since 2003. Her husband was born and raised in this area. She has 2 children in the Three Hills school, and 1 that has graduated and has moved to Red Deer.

Lisa Leaver
Divisional Accounting/Payroll Manager
With an extensive background in business, Lisa Leaver brings an impressive portfolio of Accounting and Managerial skills to the Three Hills Dental team. From her role at Canada Safeway Head Office she transitioned into the Oil and Gas sector and the management of numerous small start up businesses in Southern Alberta. It was there that she was introduced to the Dental Industry and found her true calling in the management and bookkeeping of multiple practices. Ranging from rural dentistry to multi “Super Clinics” and dental labs, she has a unique ability to bring the best out of every practice both in person and remotely.
Lisa currently resides in Summerland, BC with her husband Scott, where they share a love of Rottweilers. She is the owner and operator of Mystic Creations 13, a jewelry line of custom fused glass sold in boutiques all over the interior of British Columbia.
Lauren Kauffeldt

I moved to Three Hills in the fall of 2023, after living in Calgary for the past three years for school. I was attending the University of Calgary while playing volleyball for the Dino’s.
I grew up in Edmonton and come from a background in physiotherapy administrative work. My dad is a chiropractor, so growing up I was always helping out in his office, which started to grow my love for this kind of work. I’ve worked at multiple Physiotherapy clinics, but this is my first time in Dental, and I am very excited about the new challenge!
